Sam divides her time between her Senior Speech–Language Therapy role at Te Whatu Ora Southern – Dunedin Hospital, where she works clinically and provides training and supervision. She also jointly consults with Dr Coombs at the regional voice clinic. Alongside this, she runs her private practice, Vocality, based in Wānaka.
